At Picklers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

If you believe that you have received a product in bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. After refusing the package, please email us at piklers.in@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.

If a refund is applicable due to unsatisfactory product condition or any other valid reason, it will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refunds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
